Portfolio: Downtown Office Space

This project I took on the responsibility of a new office rejuvenation. I was able to provide my services of space planning, finish & furniture selection, project management, and organization. We were able to finish the project in 3 days!

The Process:

A) Initial Meeting & Assessment
B) Proposal and Budget Planning
C) Furniture Research
D) Project Management
E) Moving, Donation & Shopping
F) Furniture Arrangement, Handy Work and Organization

The previous furniture was too heavy leaving the flow of traffic interrupted and not maximizing the space. Here are before & after pictures:

After:

For this project we kept it simple with Ikea furniture because in the assessment meeting the time span they are planning to stay is 3 more years. Therefore, we specified furniture pertaining to that time frame and great for budget until new ventures!

Contemporary Furniture Rentals

CFR Rentals is a furniture rental company in Toronto geared towards events also designers and home stagers could benefit. They have the largest selection of colours, finishes, and sizes.

I just had to post some images from their website that I really like! Enjoy :)

Love this style-Modern Antiques! Great tones and they go great with the foliage.

Love the pink carpet and semi-circular sofa

Great way to stage an outdoor venue!

I really like the carpet colour, matching pillows and side tables; they are mirrored

I had to post this one because of the dance floor I like how they incorporated in into the space.

Lastly, The flowers in contrast with the rustic side tables I am loving it! The soft green sofas go great with it all!

This is my apartment from my last year of College in London. Almost all of the furnishings were made by Ms. NAMI herself. I also did the art work. Enjoy!

Living Room with broken glass art on the left. Wall Tattoo Stickers far back, and China Town room divider. Don't forget the BRUTEAL!
